Weekend favorites #45: The Golden Globes 2015 edition

I want to dedicate this "weekend favorites" post to this year's Golden Globes ceremony, sharing with you some of my favorite red carpet looks.

First of all, Sienna Miller: I honestly liked everything about this look, from the amazing bohemian Miu Miu dress (very much her style!), to her new beautiful hair cut and the sophisticated and neutral make up. Go girl!

Kiera Knightley and Diane Kruger. I have to say that, although I didn't like their dresses, I loved their make up. Kiera is famous for her brown smoky eyes look and for this occasion she went for a softer version of this look, paired with pink lips. The overall result is very feminine. Diane chose for a lighter version of Kiera's kind of make up: very light pink lips and a touch of brown eyeshadow.

Lupita Nyong'o was stunning in her Giambattista Valli Haute Couture dress. Her look was definitely one of my favorite. And her make up was just perfect: her violet eyeshadow matches her dress perfectly and looks amazing on her beautiful skin. This girl's got style!

I admit it, I have an huge girl crush on Jessica Chastain, she's not only beautiful and elegant, she's also an extremely talented actress. I think she looked gorgeous in her Atelier Versace bronze dress and her make up and hair were perfect for that sexy, yet sophisticated look. She was hot!

Amy Adams never fails a look: this time she chose a beautiful dusty blu Versace dress that really complimented her fair complexion and her red hair. Like usual, her make up was quite simple and natural, based mostly on peachy tones. Beautiful.

Emma Stone was my personal winner. I think she rocked the most beautiful look I've seen on the red carpet in the last years. She's young and she likes to play with fashion and style, which make her a breath of fresh hair in the Hollywood scenes. She was amazing in her Lanvin dress and the make up was perfect as well: cat eyes and dark nude, almost "Kylie Jenner", lips. Well done girl!

I also want to add a special mention for my favorite moment of the night: Benedict Cumberbatch did it again! This time the victim of his photobombing was Meryl Streep:

Don't ask me why, but I find it hilarious! ;-)
